Directions:

Suspend 32.0g of the medium and 20ml of tween 80 in 1000ml of distilled water .Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Dispense into tubes or triangle flasks. Sterilize in the autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes.
