Peptone 10.0

Yeast extract powde 5.0

Sodium chloride 10.0

ph7.0±0.1 at 25℃

Directions:

Suspend 2.5g of the medium in 100ml of distilled water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Sterilize in the autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes.
